Takeaway treat

so I had a Indian takeaway last night, the full works starters main and a glass of wine, needed a treat but feel bad, I no I shouldn't, any advice on not putting weight on after this meal. Do I just start as a new day today xx

    Yep, start today as a new day. One treat isn't going to make you pile on weight. I've lost 40lbs so far after my third baby, and I've eaten take-away, ice cream, cake etc. I lost 66lbs after my 2nd baby doing the same.

    New day, I usually drink some extra water, it helps with the almost inevitable sodium retention and bloating.

    Definitely this, drinks lots of water but other than that just carry on. Indian food is so delicious it would be rude not to over indulge on it occasionally!
