I'm trying to get more protein in my diet as I struggle with meat, fish etc.
Currently I'm using 2 scoops of protein powder with unsweetened almond milk and handful of mixed berries per smoothie. I'm trying to have two of these a day but Im wondering if I should just use 1 scoop as I find it a real struggle to drink? Or is there something else I could be doing?

Can you mix the protein in to something else? Yoghurt for breakfast/snack/dessert for example?

How do you get protein in your meals?

You could do what most vegetarians do and eat more pulses, nuts and cheese.

You might need to add more of the almond milk if you are adding two scoops. Usually a shake is made with one.

I don't drink my calories, I want food. Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, cheese, beans.

I would add Greek yogurt or a banana. Makes it creamy and sweeter. Although, it uses up so many of your calories. What's your calorie goal?

I'm not a vegetarian. I do eat chicken, meat, fish and eggs but usually only for dinner. I tend to eat carbs most of the day and these tend to be biscuits, chocolate and other sugary treats. I'm trying for around 1400 calories and have 14lbs to lose.
