Sorta new...

Hi all,

I've been using MFP for about 18 months. But I just recently started using the community forum...there are lots of great topics and inspiration on these boards! I have lost about 40 lbs. I have found with my journey I have to set new, smaller goals for myself each month to keep me motivated. One month I set a goal to learn how to jump rope (still working on that one...lol). Another month I focused on the Hundred Push-Ups Challenge. Last year, my monthly goals were simply to get to the gym 3x a week or try a new class that month.

MFP has really helped me know what I am eating and why I am (or am not) losing weight. Feel free to friend me...I would love to have more active friends on here to keep me accountable!
