Pills don't work.
Don't take something that can harm you. Even those diet aids listed as all natural can be harmful and destroy your body.0 -

nope0 -
I took it for a while in what I dub my "silly days of dieting". It is a stimulant that will make you feel jittery and/or light headed and it will force a bit of water weight loss. You will not lose fat. You will not 'get cut'. It is, however, a great way to waste money.0

It worked 10 years ago when it had that thermogenic "substance" in it. It probably isn't worth the money now.0

I usually tend to not go near anything that has be recalled....

other then that pills are a waste of big money.0 -
I tried it for a couple days and I did not like how it made me feel. Very jittery and sick. My friend almost had to go to the hospital because he was taking it and drank a cup of coffee, without thinking about it. The overdose of caffiene made him sweat even though he was freezing and he said he thought his heart was going to explode and we all thought he was going to pass out. He was even following the dosages on the bottle. Be careful0

I just took Hydroxycut for 2 days, only 3 pills per day. Yesterday, (2nd day of taking it) while shopping at a local big box store, I started feeling as if I was going to pass out. I had to stop and put my head down. My heart was pounding VERY hard, and I broke out in a cold sweat. Scared me to death! It is now about 24 hours since the last dose, and although I still feel funny, it's gradually subsiding. If not, I would have taken myself to the hospital! I felt VERY light headed, too, especially when getting up from a seated position. DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT!! I can't imagine why it is still on the market! The best program I have used is Weight Watchers. Really helps you become aware of eating habits, great food choices from Smart Ones, easy to follow, and online tools for tracking diet, weight loss, and exercise.0
