This is from experience before I upped my calorie intake (and annoying gained 2 stone)
- mood swings
- Fainting/getting dizzy in the shower, (I have longhair dammit it needs washing!)
- Being sleepy 24/7
- hair thins/looses colour
- bye bye boobs and bum
- not being able to eat out
- Takeaways don't exist
- What is chocolate?
- Loosing all sense of coordination
- Brain switches off
- Freezing no matter how hot it is

The list is endless, just don't do it, low calorie diets are never worth it in the end. It's better to eat high calories and exercise then a low calories and face all of these problems on a day to day basis.

Good luck everyone, and I'm new so add me!
