Workouts at work

I am stuck inside on this AMAZING spring day and I want to work out ... Well, to be honest I dont want to work out, but I don’t want to lose my momentum from the past few weeks. I am looking for some floor exercises I can do every hour on the hour. My major workout goals are to rediscover my core, tome my arms and annihilate my hips butt and thighs.
Any ideas?
