I need tips!

This is my 3rd day on the site and I'm really learning a lot about myself through what I eat and how much I excercise. My goal right now is to just get out of the 200s to do that I need to lose around 70lbs. To me right now that seems impossible. I need some tips from people who have been able to lose 70lbs+ what exercises help the most? What food did you eat when you have those really bad cravings? Any feel free to add me or message me!
