Kosama, need more cardio?

I have been doing kosama for about two months. I go at least 4 days a week with a goal of 5 and I do yoga, bike or walk on off days. I will not lie and say I am eating perfect but I have definitely made a huge transition. I am not seeing any chane in percent body fat but feel more toned and in general in better fitness.

What I am asking is if I need to add more cardio to my routine to see results such as weight loss. And if so, what type?

Any advice would be great
