I was 30 pounds over what I wanted to be and managed to get to be only 10 over! I was using Noom and it worked great, but I disliked the community features for it, and just left that group and did my thing solo. Problem is, I keep gaining weight back and struggling to get below the my best goal, so it's a struggle. I figured maybe the community here will be able to help me more because I can be really selective about the people I add.

If you're a vegan, feel free to add me! I don't mind omnivores as IRL friends but I'm trying to cultivate a safe space for myself, ya know? I feel sad when I see people posting that they just ate some part of a critter and the fact that I see my friends and family doing that all the time, it's incredibly stressful.
