Can't lose focus anymore!!!!

I've struggled with my weight like many people for most of my life. I've come to my breaking point. I need to get in motion or I won't be around for my kids much longer. I don't have much support on this end so I'm hoping to find tons of support here. What are some of your daily ideas to keep motivated?

Just do it. Today. Tomorrow. The next day. The next week. The next month. It takes discipline, consistency, journaling, logging, not quitting when you fall off the wagon, not pouting and caving into temptation and pressure from haters and realizing there is no cause greater than accomplishing this task. Just do it.0

If you get an intense food craving, try to do something to distract yourself by being active. I like to do jumping jacks or pushups, and wait a minute before I eat that extra snack. I calculate the calories I burned by doing jumping jacks (which is tiny) and look at the calorie of the snack. A 300 calorie bar of chocolate would equate to an hour of doing jumping jacks! Not worth it. The craving get much easier to ignore with time. You can do it! Add me if youd like0

Thank you! Sorry for very late response I was injured and discouraged. I'm recovering from a knee injury and feeling much better. Can't wait to hit the gym this week.0
