someone please help teach me how to determine the calories in each muffin from a batch of home made muffins, and the same goes for home made bread but you know with slice. thank you so much!

Use the recipe builder on here then put how many servings it was. Say 12 muffins and it will give you the calories0

Food tab > Recipes tab > Enter new recipe button.
Enter all of the ingredients and it will calculate the nutritional info for you per serving.0 -
Yep, as above. For the muffins, it's probably easiest to specify the number of servings based on how many muffins. For bread, I like to weigh the finished loaf and then let's say it's weighs 875 g, I would put the serving size on MFP as "serves 8.75 people", and then I know the nutritional content of 100g. I can never be sure how much a slice will weigh, so I would just weigh them individually as I cut and eat them.0
