Exercise routine help

I have always followed some type of workout program that included a schedule. I am moving soon so I did not want to start a new plan until I could follow it without interruption. I started using Fitness Blender and created my own schedule.
Sun/Tues/Thurs: strength & HIIT
Mon/Weds: Run 5K
Friday: Turbo Fire or other non HIIT cardio
Saturday: Rest
Is this a good schedule? Is cardio like running a good break from the strength and the HIIT? I was reading it may be better to do those on the same day so there is a day of rest between.
