if you are only loseing fluid do you gain at all back again I can lose 1kg then gain 500 grams the next time it droppes again it goes lower and does not go back up as high

I don't understand what you're talking about
Weight fluctuates constantly due to water weight levels as a result of sodium in diet, hydration levels, hormones, change-up in exercise
All weight loss is comprised of fat, water and LBM
Track weight loss over time - weeks / months and don't worry about day to day fluctuations0 -

My weight fluctuates 1-3lbs daily and around ovulation / period by more - it's normal
There are great sites that smooth out the data and show a trend line ...apps like Libra
I use trendweight because it synchs from my fitbit. And I have a goal weight range of 5lbs not a goal weight
See...the black dots are actual scale readings ...don't let fluctuations phase you
