Hi runners im taking up running
I love to walk so I thought id introduce running to my fitness plans. And hopefully run a 5k.
I need motivators to help me achieve, i need help with diet and just a friendly hand.

You can do this. Just over 2 years ago, I was where you are at. Now I run 5K+ 3x a week and enjoy the time on my feet.
Have you got a training plan? How are you starting? I recommend C25K but there are lots of running apps out there to help you reach your goal. Find one that works for you.
