Hi am Laura,
I was at the doctors office on Thursday.
She said I need to lose 30lbs to get where my BMI is supposed to be for Insurance and 60 to be at my ideal weight.
So here we go! !!

    A few years ago I was denied life insurance is how I found out I had liver disease. For me the biggest challenge was decreasing carbs and sugars. Remember it will take time and keep at it, you can do it.
