Hello people!
I am a new mom, my baby is 2 months old and i need to get back into my pre pregnancy weight, i work out and do jillian michaels and fitness blender workouts and love the endorphins! I use MFP to stay below 1800 cals, can't go too low on cals as I'm breastfeeding. I eat very clean. Would love to make friends here with like minded ppl.
cheers!
Make good choices :)

Just an FYI, working out can impact your supply

While it is true working out can impact your supply, it would take A LOT of training for this to happen. The bigger concern is that you are trying to eat less than 1800 calories a day while breastfeeding. That is WAY too low for a breastfeeding mother and could send your metabolism screeching to a halt. You actually need MORE calories while breastfeeding than you even needed while pregnant. You should consult with your doctor, please.

Thank you for the advice ladies, but i have taken these steps after consulting my doc, I'm not supposed to go lower than 1600 cals and according to my doc i can workout real hard, provided i drink plenty of water
