Hey there...I am back today after 18 months without logging in, need to lose at least 30. This app is wonderful. Just be honest with yourself with what you log and you will soon see what you need to change. At the end of the day you can see what you will lose in I think 3 or 4 weeks if you do the same every day. Great motivator for me! Good luck!0
