    I have started it once again. I did the first day and hurt so bad yesterday I couldn't move. I am going to do it again today. Thinking day on day off for a while lol.

    yeah its hard work isnt it lol! i have just done day 7 :) the pain stops after like day 3-4! dreading level 2
