Becoming perfect

Hello beautiful people!
I'm Emma, 26, from Lugansk, Ukraine, and I've been using MFP for over 3 weeks now. Love this thing!
I live alone, working from home as self-employed, and I work A LOT. That leads to 12-15 hours of sitting motionlessly in front of the computer. Besides, I went through a divorce recently and had a lot of stress about making my own living in a whole new environment, during the war. As a result on 1.1.2015 I looked like this
Oh how wrong I was about choosing this dress
Then I started a long and tough work. I started working out every day, 25-50 min. Most of the time I just switch on a workout video on youtube and follow. Sometimes I do crossfit or strength training. I've never done any exercises before so my muscles were very weak, almost non-existant.
Unfortunately, I've had surgery on my foot, so cardio workouts are quite limited for me, as I can't run or jump.
With food, I try to fit into what MFP tells me. I try to exclude fats and sugar, though sweet tea is something I cannot live without, as well as chocolate - this is my guilty pleasure. My ration consists mostly of light salads, fruit, and milk. I try to keep my portions small. I drink a lot of liquid too.
Now that is what I have. My biggest problem was my belly and I'm working on it.
Motivation and inspiration? These guys! Don't be scared

My goal is not just to lose fat and be slim. I want to be strong and tough inside and outside. I want to have a perfect body and wear an armour of muscles.
I would welcome friends very much, as I don't know anybody here. Motivating each other is great, isn't it?
