hi I have been losing weight since November 1st I was watching how much I eat and taking diet pills frm the doctor and I lost 40 pounds. I am now at a standstill at 230. no matter what I do. I do zumba 4 to 5 times a I eat lots of fruits and veggies and yougurt whole grains water. I just added a whey isolate powder to the diet to see if that helps what else can I do. I don't drink pop only have a sweet snack once a week the rest of the week the snacks are apple and peanut butter and yougurt and whatever else that is fruit. I eat fish, chicken, I don't know what else I can do .

    Have you been doing your measurements too?? Don't just go by the scale! I was stuck at the same weight for months-- I finally broke my plateau when I changed up my exercises. Starting to weight lift on Tuesday and Thursdays for 12 weeks-- see how that goes!
