Ready to lose another 30.

A year ago I lost 60 pounds, I wanted to lose a total of 90 but... and I have gained back 20. So the time has come to lose the 20 I gained back and an additional 10. A year ago I was exercising EVERY day and have just begun to get back to doing that. I know I can do this ?

    I'm in the same boat. Was 10lbs from my goal, but gained 15 back after we moved. I finally got the motivation to get going again. I'm setting mini goals to stay motivated. 3 days outdoor walking 3 days aerobic exercise a week and taking one day off. 6lb loss by May 9th. I'm already down 3lbs in the first week of buckling down and I'm adding as many positive people as I can to my friends.

    My goal is -30 by 08 July.
    I just need to get the voice in my head to quit saying "you can start tomorrow" and realize this IS tomorrow.
