OK so I've slacked really bad lately. I know it, and tomorrow I am starting fresh. I don't know why I just like Mondays as start days
. Anyways I really need motivation and anybody willing to join me. I'm going to post my start weight tomorrow, on my page. My goal weight (which is 10lbs in 4 weeks). And current weight. Anybody that wants to join me please do!

Considering you dont have much to lose then that sounds quite aggressive. Less you have to lose then the harder it tends to be. GL.0

Unless there is a specific reason for a certain weight loss in a time frame, then I think it puts undue pressure on/ I cannot join as such;but I am going gluten free for 30 days from Monday,. Not looking at a particular weight loss but if you look at my diary, you will see I will have a certain struggle with cutting out beer,,,
