40 years old and trying the impossible

Iv been weight lifting for 25 years and competed in bench press comps about 10 years ago. Im 205lbs and 5'9 35 waist. I want to go to around 195 but keep the size the problem is I love junk food and hate health food the app said i should take 1500 calories a day so this should be intetesting. Wish me luck.
