so im now on a budget whens it comes to shakes.
i use to buy a variety because i like the flavors & there a good source of protein because I don't eat a lot of meat and hate every type of nut out there.
so im wondering for those that drink any type of shakes.
what do you drink? and how much are you paying?

I don't bother with different flavours, I just buy vanilla. I can change up the flavour by adding cocoa to make chocolate, or fruit for ... well... fruit flavour, lol. PB2, cocoa with some coffee (chilled) makes a nice peanut butter mocha shake. I always throw a handful of spinach in too. And I add my krill oil to it...chai seed...0

I guess shakes are personal preference and mine is Whey Gourmet. I'm sure there are better for higher protein counts etc... But i find it good value and the best tasting. I typically have a Vanilla and a Chocolate on hand where I use the Vanilla every morning with a handfull of frozen bananas, a handfull of frozen strawberries and just enough water to make it a smoothie. In then evenings after a workout I'll do the Chocolate with just some skim milk (plus glutamine and taurine). A $40 jug will usually last more than a month, so a shake using just water is less than $1. The largets costs are the strawberries and bananas which probably bumps the cost to $3 - $4 per shake.0
