I put half of a scoop of protein powder in my coffee every morning. What is you guys opinion on this? What do you all put in your coffee?

    I think if you like it and it fits within your goals, go for it.
    I love my coffee and make room for it...I add a little bit of creamer and some warmed milk. mmmmm!

    if you like it and it fits your calories, have at it. I drink mine black, it's strictly for energy purposes only.

    One mug every morning: 1 tsp white chocolate sauce + 1 oz whole milk

    Sometimes i'll have Starbucks for an afternoon snack; asking for skim milk and half of the sweetener saves 100-250 calories depending on the size

    The protein powder is a great idea!

    Sounds yummy, but wouldn't the heat destroy any possible nutrients?

    I make my protein shakes with cold coffee. Obviously I approve of this method lol.

    Also, you don't have to worry about heat destroying any nutrients in your protein powder. We eat cooked meat and get lots of great protein from it. Milk is pasteurized at high temps, yet we get protein from it. No concerns there.
