thighs and arms

I know that there is no such thing as trying to lose weight in one particular area. But I know there are exercises that will help tone up some areas better than others. My problem areas are my inner thighs and arms. I just started taking Taekwondo and Hip hop dance. Is there any exercises that will help me tighten up those two areas. I can't do push ups so anything else

    If you're trying to "condition" the muscle:

    Plie squats for inner thighs and adduction exercises.
    Bicep curls, tricep extensions (lots of variations for both)

    To "tighten up" you need to lose fat. Which is diet related....

    Progressive weights - compound lifts - deadlifts, squats, bench press, OHP etc

    and fat loss through diet
