On the daily food page, at the bottom it gives totals - calories, fat, protein etc. Anyone know if those are grams or calories? So if it is saying 5 protein over, what does that mean? 5 what - 5 grams of protein or 5 calories from protein?
Thanks
Thanks

I think It's Grams0

Protein is the one things that you should always try to eat over. The amounts on MFP for protein are too low. Need around 100 grams protein a day.0

It means grams (apart from the calories column, obviously).
If you want to convert the grams to calories:
For Protein multiply the number by 4
... Carbs multiply the number by 4
Fat multiply the number by 9

It's grammes
protein and fat should be considered minimum
calories should be the only thing you really worry about going over - and possibly sodium if you're tracking it - many swap out sugar for fibre0 -
grams - ok thanks all0

I consider them all to be minimums. My blood pressure is great and I sweat a lot at work and in my workouts, so sodium is not a huge concern.0
