I want to change my calorie goal for each day, does anyone know how to adjust that?
Thanks in advance!

Go to My Home>Goals then Change Goals.0
-
Settings>update diet profile
From there you can change your stats. I'm not sure there's anywhere to just PICK a calorie amount.
After I had lost 9 lbs I updated my weight, and it brought down my calories a little. I'm not sure if MFP adjusts itself as you lose, but I plan on doing this every 10 lbs.
If you're wanting to increase your calories, pick a higher goal weight or change your lbs lost to a slower rate.0 -
You can't at the moment, but it will be possible in the upcoming paid Premium version of MFP.0
