New Shift People

So I have a question about when counting your calories for night shift people. Let's say you work 7 am to 7 pm, do you continue counting you calories as long as you are awake and start anew when you wake up? Or is it simply already done for you when you log in and it starts new at midnight on MFP?

you can log them however you wish. If you want you can go to your diary setting and change your meals to times. say 3:00pm 9:00pm 12:00pm 7:00am (I have no idea when you eat but you get the idea.) Your day can be whenever you want.0

i now work a normal day, but my schedule used to be all over the place. i count my "day" as from the time I wake up to the time i go to bed. if i wake up at 5pm monday, go to work and get off work and go to bed at 10am Tuesday i would log my food as tuesday.0
