I'm going through something in my mind strange I love the way I look and feel getting really ripped but damm I'm getting small too. I can only bench 315 once maybe twice on the bench use to do it 10 times for sets.. On a Positive side I can do 15 pull ups for sets and couldn't do any at 240-275lbs. I feel great lots of energy and everyone says I look 10 years younger so I should be happy.. Just curious if others have had my thoughts and what you did to rationalize it..

It is very hard for me to maintain my lifts as I keep losing weight. It is what it is. My priority is fat loss over muscle strength.0

I've cut several times and each time my strength went down. Now at age 51, my strength is obviously not where it used to be in my 20's, but I've come to the conclusion that I should be about 20lbs lighter than I am now to help preserve the impact on my joints. So now I'm on the quest to lower it for good. Along with losing more strength.
