it is exactly 5 weeks and 5 days until I leave on my trip. I got hurt and could not workout for about 6 weeks. Result is a weight gain. The buck stops here and time to get back on the train. I have been tracking my food and have been doing well for the past couple of weeks. Just well at maintaining. I need to start the weight loss again of what I gained back and focus on my goal. Summer, my trip is right around the corner. Looking to join a group to keep me inspired and motivated.
