YouTube videos for women's lifting

I workout at home and mix up sessions on my C2 rowing machine with dumbell and/or cardio video routines. At the moment I use adjustable dumbells which range from 1kg-3kg each. Barbie weights basically, although they are still fine for much of the stuff I do.

I would like to start lifting. I have another pair of dumbells which have a set of weights, going up to 30kg total (I think). I would like to add an olympic bar to this set so that I can add further variety to my workouts.

Can anyone recommend a workout video that I can train alongside? Does such a thing exist? I have seen separate exercises but I like having a 30min-60min programme to work with. (I use a lot of FitnessBlender videos for my other workouts.)

I am female, 5'2", around 62kg, and very nearly 50 years old. I am looking to lose some weight and to tone up, following 3 years during which work pressures have prevented me from working out too much. I now have a little more time, which I am devoting to ME!

Thank you in advance for any suggestions
Jane
