Just curious how there is a 80 calorie difference? Is the seasoning different? There is also a 5gram difference in protein. Maybe there is protein in the seasoning? Just seemed odd to me and wondered if anyone else saw that?

The hot sauce may have quite a bit of butter in it which would add to the calories. For the protien, I don't know. Maybe they use a different breading, still seems like a lot of difference though.0

I know nothing about these particular products, but "buffalo sauce" if made correctly is 50/50 Franks and butter. The franks has almost no calories to speak of, but the butter certainly does.0

The buffalo is actually the lesser in calories of the two. So strange.0

You never know how things are prepared. The regular wings could be coated in butter or oil. They could be fried without having a breading on them. They could be sprinkled with magical, calorie containing pixie dust. You never know whats in something unless you cook it yourself (or someone trusted cooks it and tells you, lol).0
