New to MFP

I'm new to MFP and I would like to have friends that will support me on my new journey to loosing weight. I started last Monday 4/20/15 weighing 268 lbs. I'm excited because I weighed myself this morning (4/27/15) exactly one week later and I have lost 10 lbs. My goal for now is to be less than 200 pounds and work my way down to being healthy. I need support on how to loose all this weight. Any tips or advise is greatly appreciated :smile:
