Trying to keep on track

hey there fitness pals. Long story short. I've been here before. Lost 20 pounds of the 35/40 I wanted to lose. Hit a bump, fell off the wagon. Watched as the wagon drove away and gained the 20 pounds back.
Lost all motivation.
But now I'm back. Slowly regaining the motivation. Really would like to get back to gear cause I was doing so well at one point.
Looking for friends to help keep me on track with encouraging words
