Hello TOPS Group. My name is Steve. Realized after much reflection that my greatest weakness in trying to lose my extra weight is consistency... regarding what I eat, when I eat, and when and how much I exercise. I don't lack the knowledge or the know how, just don't always have the energy to execute consistently like I know I should. Could list many excuses, some legitimate some completely nonsensical. What I do know is I don't want to be 50 lbs. overweight like I am today, or saddled with the inevitable health concerns that follow. So, I'm hoping I find success through this group and hope I can be of assistance to others in it. Thanks to my friend Tom for starting the group! Our common goal is not unreachable. We must stay motivated, supportive and consistent. If you fail in your daily attempt to eat and exercise properly, get over it quickly and get back on the horse! We will not be perfect everyday...just have to be perfect more days than not. Let's get moving!☺
