Can't chew...LCHF proving difficult. Ideas?

I was playing basketball yesterday and took a hard elbow shot to the jaw. The result was two broken teeth, one of which was split to the nerve and below the gumline. I have never experienced that much pain.
One couldn't be saved and it was removed in anticipation of an implant, the other started the wonderful process of a root canal.
As such, I can't chew a thing and I need some ideas on how to get protein/fats while maintaining low carbs. Protein drinks are typically low in fat, high in carbs, so I have to shy away from those.
I'm thinking I can handle tunafish with mayo, and I'll be drinking my coconut milk, but what else can I do? Any help would be appreciated!

Ripe avocado, coffee w/ heavy cream (or coconut oil, butter etc) added, you can shred up chicken, or even put it in a food processor to make chicken salad the same consistency as tuna salad. You might want to try some of the ruled.me soups if you feel up to cooking, too: http://www.ruled.me/?s=soup0

Ouch- how awful! Scrambled eggs with cheese won't require chewing if you cut them up small enough...0

Not all protein drinks are high in carbs, some are quite low...you need to do a little more research.0

Blend it. Put the different items in different containers for different flavours. I blended an entire Christmas dinner up for my mum when she broke her jaw (used gravy or milk to thin). Peas in one container, potatoes in another, turkey in another etc etc.
It's a little tedious, but you'll be feeling miserable enough without having to live on tinned tuna!0 -
OMG, how horrid is that.
Scrambled eggs, ice cream, yogurt, mashed potatoes, refried beans.0 -
Soooo sorry! Hope you get better soon!
I know I made a smoothie that I use to make by using "Just Whites" (powdered dried egg whites in the grocery baking aisle), a little pineapple juice or crushed (no added sugar, about a quarter cup), an orange Diet RC soda (low sodium, no sugar), and ice cubes. Throw it all in the mixer and enjoy. At least you can drink your protein, tastes great and you can add as much protein as you like since "Just Whites" are great (2 TBSP for 12 calories, 3 gram protein, 51 grams sodium). Wish I knew anything else that I have used for a drink. Good luck0 -

My only research was in the aisles of Walgreen's and I didn't see any options there. I'll check Amazon.

Full-fat greek yogurt is a good fat/protein to carb payoff.
Sorry you're in this position, sounds pretty awful...0 -
Thank you for the ideas! Scrambled eggs sound great and I'll work on the shakes as well.

Yogurt is a good idea. And yes, it IS awful. I'm still numb from surgery today but I'm dreading when it wears off.

Ouch!! I cringed just reading what happened to you. One of the worst pains I ever experienced was dental-related.
This website has a long list of soft-food suggestions. When I have to eat soft foods, I usually stick with soups, mashed or baked sweet or plain potatoes, smoothies (though sucking on a straw is not usually recommended), yogurt, soft cheeses, soft fruits, fish, eggs, etc.

I think bullet proof coffee could help you get the fat you need. One cup of coffee blended with one tablespoon coconut oil and one tablespoon butter.0
