I was the same ( still am a bit) - I'm 5ft 4 and 122lb. I'm now doing 5x5 stronglifts - so squats, deadlifts, chestpress etc. with heavy weights. The program has a great free app. I'm losing fat and things are definitely tightening up from it. I still do cardio too.0
