As a pre-med student, I've developed unhealthy habits with sugar, caffeine, sleep, etc. I want to work on becoming a healthier person and losing weight! I'm not looking for a temporary diet, but a lifestyle change. I never want to go back to my old habits. I'm new to MFP, and I would absolutely love some friends on here so we can encourage each other! I really want to get the most out of the MFP experience and I don't think I can do that without the community support . Shoot me a friend request or leave me a comment!
