Everything go up , but no arms

been in the gym for couple months since my last rest.. Every thing go up chest back shoulders and legs but my biceps and tri stay the same and always been like that, tips ?? sbv4ls4le7qm.jpg

    Pretty much ^^. Change the routine up OP. New lifts, maybe mix some isolation exercises in with your compound lifts.

    Also, in general, muscles on your limbs are always going to grow slower than your larger, core muscle groups like chest, glutes, etc.

    Yep, volume and frequency are your friends. A lot of guys just don't have the genetics for huge arms but if you increase your volume and frequency you can max your growth for your genetics.

    Good info.. Since i been in this bulk i see a lil more size but still small i want them big at least 18 or 19" .. I been mix exercises like drop sets , iso curls , compound lifts!!! When u guys said increase volume! What exactly that means?? Thanks

    Have a standalone arm day and hit Bi's on back day and Tris on chest days. So you end up working arms twice a week

    Volume is total weight lifted so your reps x weight.
