Been here awhile but haven't introduced myself

Hi everyone! Not really new because I started back in January- took a break in March and now back again!

So far I've lost 11lbs basically just power walking and watching what I eat. I bought the basis peak fitness watch and LOVE it! I just joined my bff for my first 5k mud run in August. I'm so super pumped but running isn't my thing. So I just started couch to 5k and my first day went really well. I hope I stretched enough and well hydrated!! Otherwise tomorrow might be painful!

I would love some buddies for my journey so we can all help each other stay motivated and stay on track!
