Hi all! I'm just curious what people have found to be the most effective regime for weight loss? Obviously every body responds differently, but I'm curious to see what people have had success with.
HIIT? Strength? Aerobics? What's your go-to?

I lose weight by eating fewer calories and by increasing my non-exercise activity level, if i haven't been active enough. I don't change my exercise routine (which is varied, but mostly strength & speed exercises).0

put fork downs/table push aways.
Calorie deficit is for weight loss...exercise is for health and fitness.
For fitness my go to's are heavy lifting, walking, HIIT, biking, swimming and now running.0 -
Calorie counting. 500 under active BMR. Then heavy lifting every other day. Take your rest day. Make sure to squat every lift day. I do 5x5 strong lifts. It has been 82 days and have lost 10 lbs and am getting stronger.0
