Do you get a good stretch with PiYo?

I am debating about purchasing Chalene Johnstone's Piyo workout. I am wondering if this program will help me.
I am fairly active, and I do acknowledge that this program is a beginner-moderate workout. However, I am BRUTALLY tense, tight and basically I have zero flexibility. I noticed that my posture is also horrible (I was thinking about going to physio to fix 26 years of bad posture)
Anyone who has done this program, can you reassure me that this program would be worth it? Does it actually help stretch you out? Do you think it would help with posture improvement?

PiYo is amazing for increasing your flexibility! Also, I would not underestimate the intensity, if you are holding firm and doing everything correctly, it's going to BURN! I highly recommend it!0
