I wanted to post this up because I'm the type of person to put things off and say 'I'll start tomorrow', but I'm so pleased I've managed to stick to a New Years resolution for the first time ever! And I'm starting to get people noticing my weight loss now not just me! It's now nearly May and I'm furthur than I thought I'd be, I only have about 10 pounds left to loose (maybe a stone). I just need to train myself to maintain this now! IT CAN BE DONE with dedication and determination! Any tips on maintaining and not piling it all back on will help!

Just make sure you always remember how hard you have worked to get where you are now. It is very easy to get back into old habits and gain it all back. It happened to me.0
