I wanted to post this up because I'm the type of person to put things off and say 'I'll start tomorrow', but I'm so pleased I've managed to stick to a New Years resolution for the first time ever! And I'm starting to get people noticing my weight loss now not just me! It's now nearly May and I'm furthur than I thought I'd be, I only have about 10 pounds left to loose (maybe a stone). I just need to train myself to maintain this now! IT CAN BE DONE with dedication and determination! :D Any tips on maintaining and not piling it all back on will help!

I was 183 pounds and now 147!
