new to MFP. overweight single mom.

Could use any tips or helpful hints.
Tired of my "baby weight" and feeling uncomfortable in my clothes. I've tried many times to shed this fat. I get discouraged when I don't see the results I want when I want them.
Trying this again & puting more effort into MFP. Finding myself hungry alot. When I'm not I'm just craving junk. I don't eat large portions I hate the over full feeling. But I also hate feeling hungry. It happens so quick and before I know it I feel nauseous, sometimes even weak & shaky.
It all just seems like so much work. Counting calories, watching the fat& sugars. Trying to consume all my vitamins. Then there is finding time to exercise. I joined the ymca again 2 months ago and have yet to go. I've been walking with my son instead. I don't have much time with him after school. And I work overnights so I sleep during the day. I actually got myself to the gym a few days ago, walked almost to the door & saw how packed it was and a male I did not want to work out I front of, and turned around.
