How do I get the pounds lost to change on my profile. I've weighed in and it didn't change

    Mine takes a few secs. On my phone I have to sync it, sometimes wait or close the app.

    It calculates from your very first ever entry so if when you first set up your account you were the weight you've now achieved you'd get a zero

    to fix that go to the website version

    MYHOME>Check-In>Edit Previous Entries - and edit your very first ever entry (you can leave the rest the same)
