I just started trying to lose weight. I don't have much to lose (15-20lbs) so I'm wondering can I start off with the insanity workout challenge even tho I'm a beginner? Or is insanity only for people who already somewhat in good shape and have good stamina? Cause I'm weak and don't have a lot of stamina to begin with lol.
I'm just a bit confused cause I hear a lot of people say its not for beginners but I also hear they start off a bit easy too.
Lemme know what you think? Please and thank you!

It will kick your *kitten*. You can do the modified versions of the move if you need a break. If you have the time I highly recommend it.0

Ijust started insanity on Monday its been so intense coming from someone who is big it's hard Af today I didn't wanna do it I fell asleep but right when I woke up I said I have to finish what I started!! I'm on day 3. I honestly have done it before only finished 2weeks worth. And My body was starting to shape already I loved it. But I was also calorie counting which also helped and only drank water!! I'm on day 4 so far. But I also skip a lot of days and just do running or other workouts if I decided to skip Insanity so I dont get bored with it so fast. But yea it does make you sweat like never before. I already see good results in my legs and arms. But I still got stubborn stomach fat, hopefully that will catch up.
I feel weak tho cause only on day 4 and I still cant do a normal push up so I do modified version like you mentioned lol.
So we will see how this goes after the first month. Thanks everyone!0 -
Hi, I am currently on my second round of insanity. I never really done much consistent exercise before starting. All I done was keep going as much as u could and if need be modify or take a break. I love it, although at the moment 'life' seems to be getting in the road of workouts so I'm doing them as and when I can fit them in. Go for it, what have you got to lose!0
