ok I've been a piggie and only have 93 calories left today thanks to waitroses chocolate rice cakes! Only 84 calories each but I ate 3! Any ideas for something I can have for dinner which won't go over my calorie count but is filling enough to stop me picking?

how far below maintenance is your goal? It would be better to have a healthy dinner tonight, contributing to the development of healthy habits in the long run, and go over your set goal.

Just be mindful and serious; next time you're tempted to "be a piggie" correct THAT behavior, to set those healthy habits.

None of us packed on excess weight in one snack, one meal, one day.. week.. month.... For me it was two decades of unhealthy eating habits that caught up with me.

Much as i won't lose the weight in one meal, i won't blow all my efforts in one meal, either. But i'm keeping a healthy trend, feeling and seeing real results, and staying mindful about my goals and how i'll get there.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you looking for something to eat for the 93 calories that you have left or are you willing to go over?

Have another rice cake and call it a day? Or eat a sensible supper and do better tomorrow.

Large pickle and thin slice of deli ham or crudité with a teeny serving of light dressing. You wont gain if you go over your goal but stay under your maintenance calories, your loss will just be slower.
