Piggie Needs help!

ok I've been a piggie and only have 93 calories left today thanks to waitroses chocolate rice cakes! Only 84 calories each but I ate 3! Any ideas for something I can have for dinner which won't go over my calorie count but is filling enough to stop me picking?

    You have 93 calories left? To fill you up, eat something high in protein and fat..

    I say 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 100 calorie popcorn, 1/4 cup yogurt, 5 almonds.. but hell 93 calories of anything is not going to be filling enough..

    Edited to add... I think I read this wrong.. is the 93 calorie what you have left for a "dinner meal".. if so why not another waitrose chocolate rice cake... :D:D

    Zucchini noodles and marinara, soup, or an egg white omelette.

    I would just go over for the day. Chances are that you are at enough of a deficit that it won't actually hurt anything and if you don't satisfy your hunger you will be more likely to eat over on your calories tomorrow, too. Also, a little pre-planning goes a long way.

    could you get some exercise in and earn a slightly bigger dinner? then maybe have chicken breast for protein served with fresh veggies.. washed down with a nice glass of ice cold water ;-)
