What do you have? Fit bit? What do you have that works the best and why do you like it? What are the features you find most helpful. I bought an off brand, BIG MISTAKE. Don't work well. So looking for another one.

Are you looking for all-day monitoring, or something to wear just when consciously working out?0

What information are you hoping to track? What activities do you do?0

All day wearing I think? I exercise and trying to loose weight. My sleep patterns are bad. But mainly I guess activity level?0

I have a fitbit charge hr which I love. It tracks steps, I can tell it to track for exercise, it measures heart rate, and sleep patterns. I like that the dashboard gives me a "real time" caloric amount, so on days when I'm lazy, it adjust calories down. When I'm really active, it adds calories in. It has a clock and silent alarms, so I can wake up without waking up my boyfriend, as he works a different schedule than I do.
I don't like that it doesn't measure any non-step based activity, and that it isn't waterproof. That said, I've dunked it a couple times (hot tub, bath, shower), and it's still going, but it would be awesome if it could be waterproof for things like swimming, so just so I wouldn't have to take it off in general.0 -
I second the Fitbit Charge HR. I've had a Misfit Flash, a Jawbone UP24 and now my Fitbit and this one is definitely a million times more accurate than the others.0

Oh, and it has a proper watch clasp, which prevents losing it.0

I wear a Misfit Shine and I'm pretty happy with it. There's a review on my blog if you want more info!0

I have a Microsoft Band, and I've loved it so far.0

In that case, it comes down to preference since performance wise the basic activity trackers are all fairly similar. Notice how many "I have .... " posts follow any request for information about trackers.
Most trackers really don't track sleep per se ... they track movement during sleep periods. Garmin devices graph movement during sleep periods but do not assess restlessness or awake time ... just make wavy patterns. The fitbits that track sleep try to determine times awake and restlessness although I've gone to the bathroom without it noting that as a time awake.
Calorie estimates are just that ... estimates. They compare movement to what it projects you should do and adjusts its estimate relative to your TDEE. If you move less than it thinks you should, the estimated burn drops ... move more and the estimate climbs.
The ability of a non-GPS activity tracker to estimate distance traveled depends upon user input of accurate stride length.
If you swim or cycle, step based trackers are inaccurate .. they don't accurately track lifting or yoga. There is a reason why what you do for activities matters when deciding on which, if any, tracker is right for you.0
